HBB Social Games is an online platform that allows members to set up profiles, play online games, compete on leaderboards, and connect through gameplay. To enrich the community experience, we request and display certain profile and gameplay information to other members. You can update your profile information or control your visibility settings at any time.
2. Eligibility

Virtual Coins: Coins purchased on the Services have no cash value. Unused coins may expire one year after purchase (or receipt) as permitted by applicable law.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings prior to the renewal date.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HBB SOCIAL GAMES AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Services during the term of your membership.
